Cancellations & Refunds


1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, please contact our customer support with your order ID.

2. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

3. Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

4. No COD (No Cash on Delivery)

All orders must be prepaid. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service. This ensures a smooth, contactless and faster delivery process.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • We do not accept product returns or exchanges.
  • Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances.
  • Bulk and wholesale orders are final.
  • Customers are advised to check quantity and product details carefully before placing the order.
